Programs Manager
Danielle Braman
I am super excited to join the team at Promise Ranch! Ever since I was little, I have wanted to “do therapy on horses”. Having the opportunity to work with clients AND horses is a dream come true! I am an Ohio native. I attended graduate school in St Louis at Washington University in St Louis.
I worked at my other dream job, “St Jude Children’s Research Hospital” in Memphis, TN where I met my husband. We moved to Colorado in 2016. I have additional certifications in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT) and Yoga Therapy which I incorporate into my therapy. When not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, daughter and puppy.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
Kaity Glicini
I am so excited to join the PRTR team! I graduated from Pima Medical Institute with my OTA degree in November 2019 and am thrilled to use my degree to work with children while doing hippotherapy. I started riding horses when I was 7 years old, and have been obsessed ever since. I have owned 2 horses, and my current horse Kola joined me at the ranch to begin her journey as a therapy horse.
I also have worked daycare for the past 4 years so I have lots of experience with kids of all ages.
When I’m not working, I love riding horses, hiking, relaxing in nature, swimming, and spending time with my family.

When I’m not at Promise Ranch, I can usually be found swimming, hiking, frequenting Starbucks, or enjoying the Colorado sun with my husband and our little beagle.

Occupational Therapy Assistant
LeEtta Klink
I am excited to be part of the wonderful PRTR team. I have worked as an occupational therapy assistant in the pediatric field for the last five years. In that time I have worked with many diagnosis in a clinic and home health care setting. I have completed my level 2 of Hippotherapy, and volunteered at local stables. Including Hippotherapy while providing OT for kids is the best part of my job. Nothing os more satisfying than watching kids grow, and progress to meet their goals while being in a fun, functional setting. I am continuing my education in the social work field, where I will continue to advocate and work with kids.
In my down time, I love to be with my family. Hiking, camping, biking, traveling and yoga are my favorite things to do. I feel so lucky to live in Colorado where we get to explore and enjoy this beautiful state.

Barn Manager
Marcie Morrison
Hi my name is Marcie! I joined Promise Ranch a year ago and have enjoyed every minute. I’m a Colorado native and have been on the back of a horse since I was 3 helping my Grandfather check his cows on our ranch in Fruita. I started showing horses in western pleasure, gymkhana, trail and jumping when I was 7. I have loved animals of all kinds since a young age, that’s why I became a veterinarian technician. Horses have always been my passion so after 18 years at a small animal clinic I decided I wanted to change my career. Since then I’ve worked at show barns both western and English. My passion for helping abused and neglected horses lead me to work for DDFL Harmony equine center. My time there was a learning experience and made me appreciate how much time and love goes to rehabilitating horses who lost their trust in mankind.
In my spare time I love to trail ride my three rescue horses, play fetch with my three dogs and spend time with my son.

Barn Staff
Rebecca Guess
I’ve been a horse lover all my life! I was privileged to own two horses as a teenager/young adult. They taught me a whole lot about being human and kept me grounded when I was diagnosed with depression. My brother was a client at a therapeutic riding center that has long since moved locations, so I spent a lot of time volunteering just down the road from Promise Ranch (it’s funny how life brings you full circle sometimes). I haven’t been as close to horses as I’d like in the last decade, but I’ve tried to keep in touch by working at barns and volunteering at places like Promise Ranch. I am a mother to a 4-year-old son, Luke, in whom I hope to instill a love of all things horses, and a happy wife to my husband Drew. I am currently majoring in biology at the Community College of Denver and I hope to one day be an Equine Nutritionist.

Barn Staff
Jordyn Stewart
Hi! My name is Jordyn Stewart. I’m so happy to be here at PRTR. Growing up I always had a love for horses. My parents can attest, the movie Spirit was always on replay. I am blessed to have have two yearlings of my own that I am currently training, and we are all learning as we go. Promise Ranch is one of the two best jobs I ever had. The other being a Emt/Volunteer Firefighter. Caring for the horses who help people with their therapy, is my therapy.
