Pebbles & BamBam
Our new baby goats were born on Feb 5th, on a family ranch in Sedalia. They were weaned from mom, but still required twice a day bottle feeding when they came to prtr at the beginning of May. The girl is BamBam because of her feisty attitude and the boy, a [neutered] wether, is Pebbles. They are adapting to their diet of hay and pellets, and soon they will be allowed to mingle with the adult goats. Pebbles and BamBam are Nigerian Dwarf breed, which is among the most popular for companions due to their friendliness and ease of care. Speaking of care, we are so grateful to Abby Dew and her clients who are sponsoring the baby goats’ monthly expenses as well as cleaning the stall.
